In addition, you have a advanced security system in your house with fire detectors, smoke detectors and an alarm button. Finally, Baan Ing Phu is 10 km from town on a dead-end street. So there are no trespassers in the project at all.

A: Yes, Baan Ing Phu has always clean water. We have our own water facility with large storage tanks (700,000 Liter water) and industrial strength filtration- and pump installations. The water provided by Baan Ing Phu is clean and safe to drink.
Q: Did the political instability early 2010 in Thailand have influence on living in Hua Hin?
A: No, not at all. In Hua Hin, as in most places in Thailand, there was no sign of riots nor political instability at all. Life went on, just as any other day.

Q: Can I rent my property out if I don’t use it for a longer period?
A: We are more than happy to help you renting out your property. We will take care of the guests of your villa from arriving at the airport until the last minute of their stay @ Baan Ing Phu. Our goal is to make them feel comfortable and to make sure they respect your property.
Q: Does Baan Ing Phu provide maid services?
A: Yes ,Baan Ing Phu has it’s own team of maids. They are selected and trained by our household manager so that they understand the requirements of our customers.
