Baan Ing Phu was awarded Wednesday 29 February as “Best Service Company 2011″ in Thailand by the Dutch Business Award. This annual event is an initiative of the Thai Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, supported by the Dutch Embassy.

The Award as Best Service Company Thailand was an unanimous decision by the jury, consisting of members of the NTCC, the Dutch Embassy and independent Thai business people. Baan Ing Phu got the award for the outstanding service provided to residents of Baan Ing Phu and it’s initiative of “Pure Health Spa”. Pure is a new initiative of Baan Ing Phu and will focus on Anti Ageing life style.

Other Awards that Baan Ing Phu got in 2011 where “Best Residential Development” and Top-20 Resort South East Asia.

Baan Ing Phu was awarded Saturday 6 December 2011 as Best Residential Development 2011 in the Hua Hin region by Thailand Property Award.

In addition, Baan Ing Phu was nominated again as Best Villa Development in Thailand.

The Thailand Property Awards celebrate the best of the best and showcase Thailand’s residential real estate industry.

Now in their fifth year, the awards assist in promoting the high level of quality of Thailand’s real estate, construction, architectural and interior design as well as industry professional services, and through a professionally run awards system helps put Thailand real estate on the world stage.

The Thailand Property Awards where presented at a lavish Gala Dinner on December 6 at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel.

Baan Ing Phu signs agreement with Bangkok Hospital

Khun Som-Arch, M.D. at Bangkok Hospital and Peter Ton, owner of Baan Ing Phu, signed an “emergency agreement” to ensure medical treatment for Baan Ing Phu residents in case of emergency.

With this agreement in place, residents of Baan Ing Phu can be assured to get medical assistance at their own house in case of emergency. If necessary, transport to Hua Hin or Bangkok will be arranged immediately with an ambulance. In a a trauma situation, helicopter transport is also available from Hua Hin to Bangkok.

Procedures in place ensures a very quick response from both the Baan Ing Phu security team and the medical staff of Bangkok Hospital.

Tennis Tournament “Baan Ing Phu Open 2011″

On Saturday 6 March, the first Baan Ing Phu open was organized @ the Bubble

This tennis tournament was organized by Baan Ing Phu and held the facilties area of Baan Ing Phu, the Bubble

The event started at 8 am in the morning with a breakfast menu for all participants and their friends. The trophies where handed over to the winners and runners up around 6 pm by Peter Ton. The winners of this tournament are Rosie Koch and khun Apichart (Chet). The Baan Ing Phu event is sponsored by Baan Ing Phu and will be organized annually. The

Baan Ing Phu opens “the Bubble”

On 31 December Baan Ing Phu did the official opening of the Bubble, the lounge-bar and restaurant @ Baan Ing Phu.“the Bubble” organized a New Years party for residents, family and friends. All 75 white dressed guests, very much enjoyed the live music the wide variety of food and “bubbly” that was served from 10pm to early in the morning.

A spectacular display of firework welcomed the New Year, followed by launching tens of lampions.

“the Bubble” offers an array of high quality Thai and Western food. Opening hours of the Bubble are Tuesday till Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Baan Ing Phu opens tennis court

On 25 December 2010, the tennis court @ Baan Ing Phu was opened by Saranya and Pinsuda Ton, daughters of the developer Peter TonThe construction of the tennis court started just 2 months ago. Besides the court there is a half-court knock wall for practicing. The surface of the court is sand-filled artificial grass, approved by the ITF.

The courts is free available for Baan Ing Phu residents and for rent for guests. Rental price per hour is 500 Baht during the day and 750 Baht during the evenings.

Today, Baan Ing Phu has given the green light for the construction of the Lounge Bar.The Lounge Bar is the hart of the common facilities area of Baan Ing Phu and will be opened December 2010.

The facilities area will offer a professional tennis court, the lounge bar, massage salas, Jeu de Boule (Petanque) and will be situated in a tropical landscape.
