Baan Ing Phu Service Charges
In order to maintain the Baan Ing Phu environment in pristine condition, all home owners are expected to sign up for the annual service contract.
The full-service concept at Baan Ing Phu provides round-the-clock professional care for:
- Permanent 24 hour guard security throughout the entire resort
- Maintenance of common infrastructure such as roads, water facilities, lighting and electricity
- Maintenance of high-tech infrastructure, such as cable TV and internet
- Common gardens
- Common pool for the apartments
- Management of tennis court and lounge bar
- Garbage collection
- Pest control
