Residents Association

We realize that the quality of life at Baan Ing Phu is of paramount importance to you. To ensure and protect the continuity of that quality, we have designed a comprehensive “rules and regulations” document, which describes the important ‘do’s and don’ts’ for all residents of Baan Ing Phu regarding maintenance, social behavior, noise management, etc. All home owners are obliged to adhere to the Baan Ing Phu residents association Rules and Regulations, thus assuring a tranquil, clean and well-maintained living environment for everyone.
